【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofBengalmatchesandthecorrespondingtestmethods.ItisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasBengalmatchincategory1inEN14035-2andwhicharecontainedinaprimarypack.ItisnotapplicabletoBengalmatchescontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(ll);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulphuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,Bengalmatchesareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:shortwoodenstickpartiallycoated(alongoneend)withslow-burningpyrotechniccomposition,withadotoffriction-sensitivepyrotechniccompositionatthetip,anddesignedtobeholdinthehand;—principaleffects:emissionofcolouredflameand/orsparks.SchemesfortypetestingofBengalmatchesandbatchtestingofBengalmatchesarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
