【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliesformachinesforbreak-outofflatglassincludingthefollowingsteps:transportandpositioning,break-out,transportofthecutsizestotheunloadingposition,leadingawayofwasteflatglass.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesiginificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachinesforthebreak-outofflatglasswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThosehazardswhicharedealtwithinEN619forconveyorsareexcepted.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.Hazardsfromnoisearenotconsideredtobesignificant.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothebreak-outoperation(openingthecut)ofcuttingmachinesforlaminatedglass(seeEN13035-7).1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothetreatmentofwasteflatglasssuchascrushingand/orchargingofwasteflatglassintobins,containers.1.5ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothesignificanthazardsofconveyors.Iftherearespecifichazardswhicharisebytheco-operationofconveyorswithmachinesforbreak-outofflatglass,appropriatemeasuresarespecified.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachinesforbreak-outofflatglasswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
