【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60068providesauniformandreproduciblemethodofconfirmingthattemperaturetestchambersconformtotherequirementsspecifiedinclimatictestproceduresofIEC60068-2-1andIEC60068-2-2,whenloadedwitheitherheat-dissipatingornonheat-dissipatingspecimensunderconditionswhichtakeintoaccountaircirculationinsidetheworkingspaceofthechamber.Thisstandardisdestinedprimarilyforuserswhenconductingregularchamberperformancemonitoring.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofaperformanceindicatorforlibrariesandestablishesasetofperformanceindicatorstobeusedbylibrariesofalltypes.Italsoprovidesguidanceonhowtoimplementperformanceindicatorsinlibrarieswheresuchperformanceindicatorsarenotalreadyinuse.ThelistofperformanceindicatorsaresummarizedinAnnexAanddetailsgiveninAnnexB.ThisInternationalStandardprovidesastandardizedterminologyandconcisedefinitionsoftheperformanceindicators.Furthermore,thisInternationalStandardcontainsconcisedescriptionsoftheperformanceindicatorsandofthecollectionandtheanalysisofdataneeded.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltypesoflibrariesinallcountries.However,notallperformanceindicatorsareapplicabletoalllibraries.LimitationsontheapplicabilityofindividualperformanceindicatorsarelistedforeachperformanceindicatorinAnnexB.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifyperformanceindicatorsforallservices,activities,andusesoftheresourcesofthelibrary,eitherbecausesuchperformanceindicatorshadnotbeenproposedandtestedatthetimeofformulationofthisInternationalStandard,orbecausetheydidnotfulfilthecriteriaspecified(see4.2).
